So, our granddaughter T wanted me to make her a stuffed owl pet for the bed, this is what I came up with :) it is a little folk art animal, and she picked out all the colors, lol, he is really cute :)

 I am also working on a crocheted blanket, in a chevron pattern, and a big fleece blanket, it is 2 yards of fleece, in hello kitty print with strawberries and a blue background, and a crochet edge.   She is using some basic blankets right now, and they are all grandma and grandpa's, and she asked that since she is living with us now if she could have some of her own blankets :D

Of course she can!!!

Tiny Pirates

Our granddaughter is all about pirates for some reason, and I so can't wait to make this for her...

but we are replacing the skull in the skull and cross bones with a smiley face, sorry, lol

I want to add white tatting around the edge instead of the white blanket stitch, she might

New Granddaughter Toys

Our granddaughter got a new pillow made from an old shirt that was too small, and a new stuffed kitty for her bed, she is all sorts of happy :)

Folk Art Kitteh

Here is a wonderful little folk art Kitty I made! 

This one is going on my bed, and I am going to make another

one, just like it but with pink material for my 

granddaughter.  I just love love love the way it turned out!

  I can't wait to get a little bit of fabric and make one for her!

New snowflake

Finished another snowflake last night, 

My granddaughter likes this one, because it looks "fuzzy"

lol, she is 4 yrs old.

My husband likes this one, for the same reason, he is NOT 4, add a few decades to that, lol

I don't know if this is anyone's pattern or not, I simply made loops and chains, and 

some scmr's.

Bookmark and Swap-flakes

There is a pretty bookmark, this is my first attempt at this 

pattern, I think it turned out really well and I am 

looking forward to making more, maybe after the holidays :D

I am making snowflakes for anyone who wants them, like the little snowflakes shown in the picture.... the catch is, I need buttons!

For every 2 buttons I get, I will make and send one snowflake back free... I need light blue, green, red,yellow, any pastel color, pink, burgundy, hot pink, teal, and white, and any other color you think would be pretty as the center of a white snowflake.

They

need to be regular blouse or shirt sized buttons,( aprox 9mm to 14 mm) and they need 4 hole buttons.

Anyone interested in this swap, please, let me know, I am happy to do it. it is a 2 for 1, you send 2 buttons, you get 1 snowflake back, you send 6 buttons, you get 3 snowflakes back.
