green chili gravy

For those of you who enjoy not too spicy mexican food but also like something easy, try this green chili gravy to put over your burritos next time you have them, it is super easy and really delicious, and you can make it mild just the way it is, or you can add to it and make it much spicier.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chilis
1 and 1/2 tbl cumin
enough milk to make the gravy as thick or thin as you want, but it will take atleast the same amount as a can and half of  the soup can.

that is it... mix all the ingredients together in a pot on the stove until hot and spoon over your burritos, top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes etc, and you have a meal to rival any resturant for a fraction of the price! the gravy keeps well in the fridge, and you can spice it up by puraying a jalapeno or 2 or habanero or any combination, in the food processer  and adding it into yoru gravy when heating it.

Give it a try, it is easy, takes about 5 minutes to make and is yummy yummy !
